2 Description of Service
Trandi provides AI-powered translation services, including text, voice, and camera translation (OCR). The services are provided in two modes:
- Offline Mode: On-device processing for privacy and data saving.
- Online Mode: High-performance processing using third-party AI models (OpenAI, Google, Soniox, etc.).
3 AI Disclaimer & Accuracy
IMPORTANT: The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) for translations. AI technology is not perfect and can produce errors, inaccuracies, or culturally inappropriate translations. You should not rely on the Application for high-stakes situations, legal matters, medical advice, or critical safety communications.
4 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Automate the use of the Application (scraping or bots).
5 Advertising & Third Parties
As specified in our Privacy Policy, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of third-party websites or advertisements displayed within the Application.
6 Intellectual Property
The Application, including its design, code, logos, and original content, is the exclusive property of Trandi.app. Your use of the Application does not grant you any ownership rights.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trandi.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Application or any errors in AI translations.
