Input Data (Text, Audio & Image): To provide translation services, the text you type, the audio you record, and the photos you capture/select are processed.In Offline Mode Data (including OCR and voice conversion) is processed locally on your device using on-device models.In Online Mode Data is transmitted securely to third-party providers (Soniox, OpenAI, Google, Qwen, DeepSeek) solely for transcription, image analysis (OCR), and translation purposes.

Automated & Usage Data: We automatically collect generic device information such as device model, operating system version, time zone, IP address, crash logs, and Advertising IDs (like Apple IDFA or Google AAID) for analytics, bug fixing, and measuring the performance of our Services.
2 Use of Permissions
The Application requires the following permissions to function properly:
Microphone
RECORD_AUDIO
Used strictly for "Voice Translation" and "Conversation" features via real-time processing.
Camera
CAMERA
Required for "Camera Live Translate" to capture images for instant OCR and translation.
Gallery / Storage
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Allows you to select and translate existing photos from your device library.
Internet
INTERNET
Required for Online Mode AI services and downloading offline language packs.
3 Purposes of Use
We use the information we collect for the following business and operational purposes:

We use third-party advertising services to support the development of this free application:
Google may use your device's advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt-out of personalized advertising in your Android device settings by turning off ad personalization or resetting your Advertising ID.
6 Data Tracking, Retention & Deletion
Data Tracking: We use automated tracking technologies (such as SDKs and analytics tools) to monitor app performance, identify crashes, and measure advertising effectiveness. This data is generally anonymous or pseudonymous. You can limit this tracking by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in your device settings.
Data Retention: We retain generic and automated information only for as long as necessary to fulfill business purposes or legal obligations. Importantly, your input texts, voice recordings, and images processed in Offline Mode are stored strictly locally on your device and are not retained on our servers.
1. Locally: Uninstalling the Application will permanently delete all locally stored translation data and settings.
2. Server/Account Data: Contact us at gplay_sp@trandi.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete any associated tracking or personal data within 30 days.
Your Privacy Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may also have the right to request access to or correction of your personal data.
